      • Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back.
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item received.

    • Refund & Exchange Timeline:

      • Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
      • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the form of a voucher/store credit, redeemable on LushVibezz for future purchases.
