      • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
      • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
      • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for customized, made-to-order, or sale items.

      • Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back.
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item received.

    • Refund & Exchange Timeline:

      • Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
      • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the form of a voucher/store credit, redeemable on LushVibezz for future purchases.
      • Cash refunds are not available, except in cases where LushVibezz cancels an order.
